This year, we have rolled the Best of the West into a Spring Carnival that will be free and open the community surrounding the school. Come and enjoy an outdoor movie at night, a bake sale, food trucks and carnival games.

A giant mural will be created on the night of the event, and we encourage everyone to help in the creation. After you’ve added to the mural, don’t forget to add to the time capsule that will be opened on Canada’s 200th!

Dixon was one of the schools on the list for closure last fall, and our community wants to celebrate our school and one of our favourite areas of Richmond. Come and celebrate Canada, inclusivity and diversity.
