Celebrate the History of Chinese Canadians in Richmond

Richmond Chinese Community Society (RCCS) is organizing a Chinese art and cultural event in Richmond to celebrate the history of Chinese Canadians in Richmond on July 29, 2017. This event will be held inside Lansdowne Centre and is opened to the public. We will have a showcase displaying photos and articles of early records of Chinese Canadian in Richmond. There will be Chinese art and cultural booths displaying Chinese Calligraphy and Chinese Brush Painting exhibition.

We will also invite other community groups and organizations to participate in this celebration and exhibitions, such as Richmond Public Library, Richmond Museum, Richmond Cares Richmond Gives, Richmond Multicultural Community Society and many others.

This is an educational and multicultural event for the public especially for our Canadian children who can learn the history of Chinese Canadians in Richmond and also Chinese art and culture.
