The Multicultural Helping House Society Richmond 55+sers in partnership with the School District 38 and other Richmond non-profit organizations present FUNtastic Canada 150!

Join us on June 10 for an all day event celebrating Canada 150. The morning event will start with a parade around the Richmond City Hall quadrangle led by a band of musicians followed by guests of honour. The ceremony connotes strong friendship between the Philippines and Canada. Cultural presentations and performances from the invited diverse ethnic communities in Richmond will follow after the flag-raising ceremony.

The festivities will then continue in Minoru Park! The afternoon event will have simultaneous Fun activities such as music performances, zumba and parlour games open to all ages and the general public. There will be an invitational Volleyball tournament; prizes, medals and plaques will be awarded. Food trucks will be available.
