This is an exciting 15th Anniversary concert for the RYHC in conjunction with the Canada 150 bringing together the talented choristers in the RYHC and the musicians in the Richmond Delta Youth Orchestra. The evening will include the premier of the new work commissioned by the RYHC especially for this special celebration in our Richmond and Canadian history called “Sing You Home”.

The commission is by award winning and celebrated local composer, Timothy Corlis. The new work will be performed by all RYHC choir and the RDYO Senior Strings! “Sing You Home” honours and celebrates the inter-connection we have in our human story and the way we sing into each others lives, personally, Nationally and globally. This concert is a very family event. There will be other premiers by local composers including Kathleen Allan. Come and meet the composers first hand! Enjoy a great evening and help send us off to represent this great city and province in Ottawa for Canada 150 on July 1st!

Tickets will be available on Event Brite for early purchase before April 1st for $10. April 1st they will be available on Event Brite at $20 for adults and $15 for concession as well as from Long and MacQuade in Richmond and choir members.
